John A. Ryan, President and Director, is a CGA by training, with 35 years of corporate and financial management experience. He first became interested in the metals and mining industry while working for Rio Algom as an internal auditor. In December, 2000 he became President of Spruce Ridge Resources. John has since expanded the company’s property holdings and exploration efforts. He maintains a deep personal conviction that Canada represents one of the world’s great reserves of underground wealth, but he remains open to favourable new ventures beyond Canada's borders.

Colin Bowdidge, Ph.D., P.Geo., Vice President, Exploration, received his degree in geology and mineralogy from the University of Cambridge, and his Ph.D. in geology from the University of Edinburgh. A consulting geologist with 35 years’ worth of practical expertise in the mineral industry, he has worked in all phases of exploration and mine development, on projects in Canada, Europe, Latin America, and the United States. Colin’s experience covers exploration and development projects for a wide variety of mineral commodities. He is perhaps best known for his work on gold and uranium projects. Zoran Popovic, Director, has been President and CEO of DXStorm.com Inc. an E-Business applications service provider and developer since December 2001.  Zoran Popovic is also President and CEO of Desi Enterprises Inc., a financial management company with interests in several industries and President of System 55, Inc. a transportation company.

Kevin Keats, Director, has been President of A.S.K. Prospecting & Guiding Inc. a Mineral Exploration company since 1999.  The business provides quality services in prospecting, project management, camp rentals, trenching, excavating and sales of mining supplies.  Kevin and the Keats family are well known prospectors in Canada. 

Clare Bradshaw, Director, is a private Canadian businessman living in Ontario.  He is an independent director of Spruce Ridge Resources.
