Spruce Ridge Resources is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resources, primarily uranium.  The Company has two encouraging uranium properties in Western Newfoundland, Canada, the Deer Lake uranium property in the Deer Lake Basin and the Turner’s Ridge uranium, lead and gold property approximately 30 kilometers to the north.  The Company also has two prospective gold properties in Northern Ontario, Spruce Hull Lake and Nora Lake.

Spruce Ridge Resources was founded in 1992. The company abides by a social responsibility mandate that includes industry standard best practices. Based in Simcoe, Ontario, Spruce Ridge maintains a purposely low overhead in keeping with its policy of investing the bulk of its resources in the ground.

In late 2006, the company closed two equity financings for gross proceeds of CAN $5.5 million. The company has adequate funds to complete its planned exploration.
